Thank you For coming to CMK(Continuum Movement Korea).
My name is Jeung Hee Esther Lee, and I opend CMK in South Korea. I am a certified Continuum Movement and an Alexander Technique teacher.
I was fortunate enough to experience and learn somatics early on. Through Continuum Movement and the Alexander Technique, the body and mind that had been in turmoil gradually found stability.
Since then, I developed an interest in the body and mind, leading me to major in psycho-somatics at Naropa University.
It was through Continuum Movement that I came to understand the beauty of life and the desire to walk this artistic path, which is why I opened Continuum Movement Korea.
By realizing myself through the movement of life, I hope to communicate those experiences as we reclaim our wise bodies and share in a process of finding greater meaning in life.
I wish that through Continuum Movement, we can all discover our own beauty together.
